Savvy Miss (www.savvymiss.com) is a free website community dedicated to connecting, empowering, and informing savvy women everywhere. Updated daily, content includes articles, interviews and expert Q&As regarding careers, colleges, books, dating, volunteer information, and important societal issues - everything that fun-loving women want to know. Savvy Miss also provides members with an opportunity to build relationships through user-friendly message boards.

This website is using TYPO3 v.4.0. The web server runs PHP 4.3.2 and MySQL 4.1.21. The “Direct Mail” extension is installed and configured to provide users with opportunity to get email deliveries from the site. The site uses “phpAdsNew” banner system and allows administering itself using “FE Form Edit API” interface. One more frontend administration module is “News FE Edit” providing administrators with possibility to edit site news. Next important module is “Simple hit statistics” being used to determine the number of site visitors. Also it should be mentioned a module making site using more comfortable - “Tip-A-Friend”. Using this module user is able to send a link to any article he likes to his friends just clicking on a special link. “Random Quotes” module is used to place occasional phrases of famous people on the main section pages, making site design livelier. Besides these special extensions there are also introduced ordinary ones such as “CHC Forum”, “Front End User Registration”, “Indexed Search Engine” and “MailformPlus”. The last is used to make feedback messages.
